Dr Paula Redmond and Dr Mia Hobbs are both Clinical Psychologists who have over 40 years' experience working in mental health between them. They share a love of knitting and a passion for the wellbeing benefits it offers.
Paula specialises in burnout and work-related trauma, particularly in healthcare, and is the host of the When Work Hurts podcast.
Mia's clinical specialty is working with adolescents, supporting young people and their parents through this often overwhelming phase of life. Mia also hosts the Why I Knit podcast.
A 60-minute live presentation followed by up to 30 minutes of live Q&A. All attendees will receive a digital workbook to accompany the session.
